In an effort to provide more recreational opportunities to the employees of the City of North Port, Charlotte Golf Partners, LP, owners of Sabal Trace Golf & Country Club, are offering a golfing and club membership program for all active employees of the City – effective immediately! This membership provides for any City employee to be considered an active full time member of the Sabal Trace Golf & Country Club together with the amenities the Club provides for the 2010/2011 season. Charlotte Golf Partners, LP will be providing this recreational opportunity at NO COST to all City staff.

• Any City employee wishing to participate in this special membership program must fill out the appropriate membership documentation and provide to the golf staff at Sabal Trace.  Applications and bylawys can be accessed by clicking the links here:

• All members are requested to make tee time reservations in advance of playing. Any City member is welcome to walk on, but must be aware that in many cases the tee sheet is filled in advance of arrival and Sabal Trace Golf & Country Club cannot guarantee a starting position unless advanced reservations are made.
  
• All City members will be required to show proof of their active status with proper City staff badges upon registering to play.
  
• All City members will be required to take a cart at all times (see cart fees below).
  
• A Family and Friends Program for City employees will receive an additional $5.00 off the posted rate when playing with any City member.
  
• All City members will be eligible to participate in the annual club championship tournament for both men and women and will have multiple opportunities to play in sanctioned club membership tournaments.
